Package Estimates let you offer bundled service options to your customers—perfect for seasonal promotions, tiered packages, or multi-service deals. In this article, you’ll learn how to create, edit, and send a Package Estimate in QuoteIQ.

This is a preview a Package Estimate from the customer's view.
Customers will be able to view each package, compare pricing, and select one before accepting.
They simply check the box next to the package and the price for the selected package is totaled at the bottom.
Create or Edit Package Estimates
To create or manage packages:
Once you press Save, the newly added or edited package will be updated to your Packages List
How to Send a Package Estimate
Step 1: Open the Estimates Tab
Click the Estimates tab in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Click “+ Create Estimate”
Click the + Create Estimate button in the top right corner.
Step 3: Select the Customer
Search for and select your customer, then click Next.
Step 4: Choose “Package Estimate”
Select Package Estimate from the Estimate Type dropdown.
Step 5: Add Packages to the Estimate
Click Add to Estimate on each package you’d like to include.
You can select multiple packages, but your customer will only be able to choose one.
Then click Next
Step 6: Edit the Estimate
Make any necessary edits or changes to the services you've selected by pressing the Package Name

Once you're satisfied and ready to move on, press Proceed
Step 7: Send The Estimate
In the Preview screen, press the Share button and choose your method of sending the estimate to the customer and send the Package Estimate.
