QuoteIQ automatically logs every estimate, invoice, and inspection form associated with each contact. Whether you’re checking the status of an old job or reviewing an invoice, you can quickly access everything from one screen.

Step 1: Go to the Contacts Tab
From your main dashboard, click the Contacts button at the top left of the screen.
Step 2: Select a Customer
Find and select the customer whose history you want to review.
Step 3: Scroll to the Bottom of the Contact Screen
Once inside the customer’s profile, scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: View Estimate History
You’ll see a section for Estimates that shows all open and past estimates.
From here, you can:
Download a PDF
Edit the estimate
Delete the estimate if needed
Step 5: View Invoice History
Below the estimates, you’ll find Invoices. This includes:
All issued invoices
Current payment status for each (e.g., Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)
Step 6: View Past Job Forms
At the bottom, you’ll see any Inspection Forms submitted for the customer.
Click on a form to view its details—including notes, images, and checklists.
Tip: Use this view before every job to refresh yourself on past communications, pricing, or form notes related to that customer.
