QuoteIQ stores every inspection form you complete and automatically links it to the customer and job. Whether you want to reference a previous form for liability, quality control, or upselling, the Inspection Archive gives you organized, permanent access to all submitted inspection forms.

How to Access the Inspection Archive:

Step 1: Open QuoteIQ Cam

From your QuoteIQ Dashboard, tap the QuoteIQ Cam button. This is your access point to inspections, photos, and documentation tools.


Step 2: Tap “Inspection Archive”

You’ll see an option labeled Inspection Archive. Tap it to open the full history of every inspection you’ve created or submitted inside QuoteIQ.


Step 3: Browse or Search

Scroll through all your past inspections, organized by date. You can tap into any one to:

  • View the full completed form

  • See who completed it and when

  • Review pictures, notes, and technician inputs

  • Reference for training, follow-ups, or disputes


Alternate Way to View Forms by Customer:

If you’re looking for a specific form tied to a client:

  • Go to Contacts

  • Select the customer

  • Scroll down to Inspection Forms

This will show all inspections tied to that job.

FAQs

Can I delete inspection forms?

Yes. Tap the three dots on any inspection form in the archive, then press Delete.

Can I edit a submitted inspection form?

No. Once submitted, inspection forms are locked for recordkeeping and liability protection.

Can I filter or search my inspections?

Yes. Use the search bar to find inspections by customer name. You can also scroll through the archive by submission date.

What does “Upload Failed – Tap to Retry” mean on an inspection?

This means your inspection form didn’t finish uploading due to a weak internet connection. Just tap the red banner to retry the upload. Once successful, the form will be saved and accessible in the archive.
