How ClientHub Works
Once your number is active, you can start messaging customers right away.
Every customer gets their own dedicated message thread in ClientHub.
You can text customers directly from your QuoteIQ app—send job confirmations, updates, or quick replies.
Customers don’t need to download QuoteIQ or create an account. They receive messages as regular SMS texts and can reply like normal.
Their replies come straight into their message thread inside your QuoteIQ account.

Step 1: Open the ClientHub Tab
From your QuoteIQ dashboard, scroll down and click on the ClientHub tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Get Your Dedicated Business Number
Click the Get Started button to begin the setup process.
You’ll be prompted to enter the area code you’d like to use.
After submitting your preferred area code, QuoteIQ will display a list of available numbers to choose from.
Step 3: Select and Confirm Your Number
Choose your desired number from the list, agree to the Terms of Service, and click Submit.
Once successfully registered, a pop-up will confirm your number has been verified.
