The Virtual Call Team is designed to act as a 24/7 receptionist for your business. Here’s what it does:

  • Answers on the first ring, introducing your company by name.

  • Qualifies leads by asking questions like name, address, service requested, and where they heard about you.

  • Transcribes and records every call, making the full message viewable from your dashboard.

  • Sends notifications via in-app alerts, email, or text (depending on your plan).

  • Sorts junk from gold, helping you instantly identify high-value opportunities like commercial contracts versus routine inquiries.

How To Set Up Your Virtual Call Team

Step 1: Purchase & Access

Log into your QuoteIQ account, scroll to Virtual Call Team. Insert your Redemption Code or purchase the add-on (Lite or Pro)


Step 2: Add Your Agent

Click “Add Agent”, then:

  • Choose your area code (e.g. 504).

  • If your desired area code is unavailable, try an alternate — the system will prompt you.

  • This creates your dedicated call tracking number.


Step 3: Customize Your Call Team

Once your number is created, customize your AI team:

  • Choose Your Voice: You can preview voices and choose from available options. Voice cloning is coming soon on Elite tier.

  • Set Notification Preferences: Enter your email and phone number to receive alerts for every new call.

  • Enter Business Details:

    • Business Name: This is what the AI says when answering.

    • Owner Name: Referenced in the script.

    • Service Area Zip Codes: Calls outside your zip code will be automatically filtered.

    • Services Offered: AI will decline unrelated services.

    • Business Hours: Set to 24/7 if you want to maximize ranking and capture after-hours leads.


Step 4: Call Script Overview

Your AI call script will:

  • Introduce your business

  • Ask for name, number, email, address, zip code, service requested

  • Ask how they heard about you (Pro tier+)

  • Confirm that a quote will be sent once the owner reviews their info

Scripts are currently not editable.


Step 5: Call Log

Once a call comes in:

  • You’ll receive a full transcript and audio recording in your Call Log.

  • You can quickly add the contact, call back, or delete the record.

  • Everything is centralized, making it easy to stay organized and respond on your time.


Step 6: Call Tracking

You can generate multiple agents for:

  • Different business locations

  • Tracking marketing campaigns (e.g. Facebook ads, yard signs, etc.)

Can I choose which voice answers my calls?

Yes. You can preview and choose the AI voice that fits your brand.

Can I clone my own voice?

Voice cloning is available. You’ll be able to upload audio to train your AI.

How do I receive call alerts?

Depending on your plan, alerts are sent via in-app notifications, email, and/or text.

Can I set specific service areas?

Yes. You can input zip codes, and the AI will filter out calls from outside your service zone.

What if someone calls about a service I don’t offer?

The AI will let them know it’s not offered and ask if there’s anything else you can help with.

Are all calls recorded?

Yes. You’ll receive a transcript and recording of every call — accessible anytime.

Can I use my own number for Virtual Call Team?

No, but we're working on getting this implemented.
