What's Affected
Push notifications inside the QuoteIQ mobile app — including alerts for new estimates viewed, invoices paid, customer replies in ClientHub, scheduled job reminders, and other in-app events — may not be delivered to your device while this issue is active. This applies to both:
iPhone (iOS)
Android phones
Your data, account, and the app itself are all working normally — only the push delivery system is impacted.
What We Recommend In The Meantime
Until the fix is deployed, the most reliable way to stay on top of activity is to open the QuoteIQ app directly and check your dashboard, ClientHub, and Notifications screen. Everything is logged inside the app — you won't miss any data, just the push alert.
Email notifications (where applicable) continue to work normally.
