When will my telematics device arrive?

We send your telematics device via Royal Mail, so it should arrive around 2-3 working days after your policy starts. Bear in mind this can take a little longer over the bank holiday periods. We'll send you reminders with a date the device needs to be connected by, so if your device hasn't arrived yet don't worry as you'll have until that date to connect it.

You're covered from the moment your policy starts, so you don't need to wait for your device. Just make sure you get set up as soon as it arrives – and download and log in to the app in the meantime.

It's a condition of your insurance that you and any named drivers download and log in to the app on your phones as soon as possible.
