How to return your device
Once your policy has ended, we'll send you a pre-paid return envelope shortly after the cancellation date. This envelope covers all postage costs, so you won’t need to pay for shipping.

Put the device in the prepaid envelope and drop it in any post box - you don't need to write an address or pay for postage
