When will the change I made to my policy start?

When you make a change to your policy, you’ll tell us the date you want the change to take effect.

For example: if you select 31 December at 9am, the change is not covered by your insurance until exactly that date and time.

You can ask for a change up to seven days in advance.

Remember: it’s important your details are accurate at all times, so select the date for your change carefully.
