Understanding Your Fee Schedule: As an agent with our company, it's important to have a clear understanding of your fee schedule. This guide breaks down each component so you can confidently manage your earnings, expenses, and financial planning.

Agent/Team Lead Split – Personal Leads

This refers to the commission breakdown when you generate and close a lead independently, without any involvement from your Team Lead.

Agent/Team Lead Split – Team Lead Provided Leads

This outlines the commission structure when closing leads that were sourced by your Team Lead, typically from their own network, referrals, or marketing efforts.

Commission Split Cap

This is the maximum amount of commission you'll share with Radius in a fiscal year. Once you hit your cap, you retain 100% of your commission earnings for the remainder of the year. The cap resets at the start of your new fiscal year.*

Important Notes:
After reaching your commission cap, Radius will no longer take a percentage of your commission. However, you may still be responsible for paying:

  • Transaction Coordinator fees (if applicable)

  • E&O insurance (if applicable)

  • Any outstanding support fees

Audit Fee

A per-transaction fee that covers compliance auditing to ensure all transactions meet company policies and standards.

Monthly Support Fee (if applicable)

A recurring fee that may apply depending on your agreement. It typically covers tools, marketing resources, admin support, and other services. Refer to your ICA for exact details.

Errors & Omissions (E&O) Terms

This section outlines your E&O insurance coverage and the payment plan you're enrolled in. E&O insurance protects you against professional liability claims.
