A W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) is an IRS form used to collect the legal name, business name (if applicable), address, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of an individual or business. The most common TINs are a Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN).
When it is Required: Typically on lease and referral transactions, the party issuing payment to Radius might ask for a copy of our W9. Providing this promptly ensures they can process the payment correctly and that funds are sent to us without delay.
