How to create and edit email campaign templates?

Users can easily create new templates and edit existing ones by hovering the cursor over Email in the left pane and clicking Design Templates. The main window displays the list of existing templates, template name, when it was created and a link to edit. Click Edit to make changes and click Save. The process for creating a new template is similar. Click Create (top right), name the template, design and click save.

The Eye icon at the top (in creation or editing mode) allows users to preview the design in real time, while the Monitor icon allows switching the view between Desktop, Tablet and Mobile layouts. Users can also select a custom resolution if they want to or choose from the most common resolutions, including MacBook, iPad, Surface Book and iPhone/Android. This gives users flexibility while designing emails and ensures consistency across multiple devices.

The Load Design Template option at the bottom allows quickly selecting an existing template, but make sure to save the draft before loading another template.
