Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Donations feature in Raise More makes it easy to view, track and filter all contributions including recurring ones in an organized place. Users can see important information such as the donor name, donation amount, and date of contribution in a clean and organized layout.

The section also offers filtering options that let users quickly sort through donations based on different criteria. This helps users find specific donations without needing to scroll through the entire list. The Donations section provides a simple and efficient way to keep track of fundraising efforts and monitor campaign results over time.

To get to the Donations page, simply click Donations in the left pane. The default view shows a list of all donations. Each row represents a donation, while columns show important information related to a donation including:

  • Date of Donation

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Amount

  • Receipt ID

  • AB Refcode

  • Fundraising Page

  • Line Item ID

  • Disbursement ID

  • Card Type

  • Date Imported

The blue Filter button in the top right allows you to filter donations based on a variety of filters including:

  • Amount

  • Date of donation

  • Date imported

  • Ref code

  • Ref code 2

  • Is recurring?

  • Donor full name

  • Donor first name

  • Donor last name

Each filter can be further customized, allowing you to filter just the right donations. Each filter includes flexible sub-filters, such as :

  • Date filters : on, before, after, is not empty, etc.

  • Amount filters : greater than, equal to, not equal to, is empty, and more

For example, if you want to filter donations based on a date, you can use [on, not on, before, on or before, after, on or after and is not empty]. Similarly, when filtering by donation amount, you can use a variety of sub-filters, including [greater than or equal to, equal to, not equal to, less than, less than or equal to, greater than, is empty and is not empty]. These sub-filters provide a lot of flexibility when searching for specific donations, which is especially helpful when filtering a large pool of donations.
