You can filter your donations by amount on the Donations page.
Open the Donations page
In the left navigation, click Donations.
Click All Donations.
This opens a table of every donation recorded for your committee. Each row has columns including Date of Donation, First Name, Last Name, and Amount.
Filter by amount
On the Donations page, click the Filter button.
In the menu that opens, click Narrow records.
A filter row appears. In the field dropdown, choose Amount.
In the operator dropdown, choose how you want to compare:
greater than or equal to shows donations at or above the number you enter.
equal to and not equal to match an exact amount.
less than and less than or equal to work the other direction.
greater than shows donations strictly above the number you enter.
In the value box, type the dollar amount as a plain number (for example,
250). Do not include a dollar sign or commas.
The table updates immediately. The record count above the table shows how many donations match.
Combine with other filters
You can add more conditions to narrow further. Click Filter, then Narrow records again to add another row. For example, you can combine an Amount filter with a Date of Donation filter to find large gifts within a specific time window.
Other donation fields you can filter on include Date of Donation, Date Imported, Ref Code, Fundraising Page, Recipient Committee, Donor Full Name, and Donation Source.
Find people based on the donations they gave
If you want a list of donors rather than individual donation rows, you can filter the People page by donation amount instead.
In the left navigation, click People.
Click the Filter button, then Narrow records.
In the field dropdown, look under the Donations to your committee group and choose Amount.
Choose your operator (such as greater than or equal to) and enter the dollar amount.
This returns the people who have a donation matching that amount, instead of the individual donation rows.
