A contact can have more than one address. Each address is stored as a separate record, so you can keep a home address, a business address, or any other location on the same profile without overwriting anything.
Open the contact profile
Navigate to the contact whose record you want to update. Addresses appear in the contact information section of the profile.
Add a new address
Click the + icon next to the Addresses heading. A dialog titled "Add Address" opens with the following fields:
Street Address (line 1)
Apt/Suite/Unit (line 2, optional)
City
State (two-letter abbreviation)
ZIP
Fill in at least one field, then click Add Address. The new address appears in the list immediately.
Duplicate addresses
If you try to add an address that is identical to one already on the contact (same street, unit, city, state, and ZIP after trimming whitespace and ignoring case), the system will not create a duplicate entry.
Edit or remove an address
Each address in the list has an edit menu. Use it to update the address details or to remove the address. Removed addresses can be restored from the same menu.
