Update the donor's address on their contact profile. The address fields (Street Address, City, State, ZIP) are what the app stores. There is no separate district field; district is derived from state and ZIP.
Add the new address
Open the donor's profile.
Scroll to Contact Information and find the Addresses section.
Click the + icon next to "Addresses."
Fill in Street Address, Apt/Suite/Unit (optional), City, State, and ZIP.
Click Add Address.
The new address appears in the list immediately.
Remove or keep the old address
Once the new address is saved, decide what to do with the old one.
To remove it:
Click the three-dot menu ( ... ) next to the old address.
Select Remove.
The address is struck through rather than deleted permanently. You can bring it back at any time by clicking Restore from the same menu.
To keep both addresses, leave the old one in place. The profile can hold multiple addresses.
Edit an existing address instead of adding a new one
If the move is minor (for example, a ZIP code correction), you can edit the existing address directly:
Click the three-dot menu next to the address.
Select Edit.
Update the fields and click Save Changes.
Effect on lists and campaigns
If you use the donor's state or ZIP as a filter on a dynamic list, the list will reflect the updated address the next time it runs. Static lists (snapshots) are not affected until you regenerate them.
