You can use the filter builder on the Contacts page to isolate records that are missing a phone number, an email address, or both. The results can be saved as a list for follow-up or import cleanup.
Find contacts with no phone number
Go to Contacts in the left navigation.
Open the filter builder.
Add a filter rule. Set the field to Phone Number and the operator to is empty. No value is needed.
The table updates to show only contacts with no phone number on file.
Find contacts with no email address
Go to Contacts.
Open the filter builder.
Add a filter rule. Set the field to Email and the operator to is empty. No value is needed.
The table updates to show only contacts with no email address on file.
Find contacts with neither a phone number nor an email
Add both rules in the same filter group, both using is empty. Set the group combinator to AND so both conditions must be true. The table will show only contacts that have no phone number and no email address.
Save the results as a list
Once the filter is set up, click Save List above the table. Give the list a name and save it. The list re-runs the filter each time you open it, so it stays current as contacts are added or updated.
