If you're noticing that your affiliate income is being held longer than expected, here’s why:
Affiliate transactions typically take 30 days to be released, but sometimes it can extend up to 45 days or more.
This delay ensures that any potential refunds within the initial period are properly accounted for, maintaining the integrity of the transaction process.
Once a customer makes a purchase using your affiliate link, you can view the transaction in your Income tab, along with the affiliate’s name.
During this holding period, Stripe manages these funds (in USD) to ensure they are available in case a refund needs to be processed. This precaution helps prevent complications by keeping the funds accessible until the transaction is confirmed.
For this reason, your transactions will appear in the "Held by Rally.Fan" section during this holding period. This safeguard ensures a smooth and secure payout process for both you and the affiliate.
