Your customer has two options to cancel a recurring subscription or membership with Rally.Fan:
Creator-Initiated Cancellation: You, as the creator, can manually cancel their subscription from your dashboard.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Your customer can cancel their subscription via the automated email they receive each time they are charged.
You Can Cancel Your Customer's Subscription
To manually cancel a customer's subscription:
Navigate to the Customers Tab:
Go to the 'Customers' tab in your Rally.Fan dashboard.
Locate and click on the customer's name to view their details.
Cancel the Subscription:
Click on the three dots next to the subscription details.
Select 'Cancel Subscription' from the dropdown menu.
By canceling the subscription, future charges will be stopped. However, please note that canceling the subscription will not automatically refund the customer.
Note: If you need to refund your customer, go to the 'Income' tab, select the customer's name, and click 'Refund'.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation via Email
Your customer can also cancel their subscription through the automated email they receive with each charge. This email includes a link that allows them to cancel their subscription at any time.
Important Reminders
Account Cancellation:
If you cancel your Rally.Fan account, you will need to manually cancel your customers' membership subscriptions to prevent further charges.
Product Deletion:
Deleting a product from your Rally.Fan space does not cancel existing subscriptions. You must cancel these manually.
