Steps to Refund Your Customers
Navigate to the Income Tab:
Go to the 'Income' tab in your dashboard.
Locate the Customer's Transaction:
Find the transaction you wish to refund. You can search by customer name or transaction details.
Select the Customer's Name:
Click on the customer's name to view the transaction details.
Initiate the Refund:
Click on the 'Refund' button to start the refund process.
Confirm the refund amount and submit the request.
Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your customer's statement. Make sure to inform your customer about this timeframe so they know when to expect the refund.
