Refunding a customer on Rally.Fan is a straightforward process. If you need to issue a refund for any reason, follow the steps below:

Steps to Refund Your Customers

  1. Navigate to the Income Tab:

    • Go to the 'Income' tab in your dashboard.

  2. Locate the Customer's Transaction:

    • Find the transaction you wish to refund. You can search by customer name or transaction details.

  3. Select the Customer's Name:

    • Click on the customer's name to view the transaction details.

  4. Initiate the Refund:

    • Click on the 'Refund' button to start the refund process.

    • Confirm the refund amount and submit the request.

Processing Time

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your customer's statement. Make sure to inform your customer about this timeframe so they know when to expect the refund.
