Currently, Rally.Fan does not offer a specific option to unsubscribe customers. However, you do have the ability to delete customers from your account. Here’s how you can manage this process:
Deleting a Customer
If you need to remove a customer from your Rally.Fan space, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Customers Tab:
Log in to your Rally.Fan account.
Go to the 'Customers' tab in your dashboard.
Locate the Customer:
Find the customer you wish to delete from your list.
Delete the Customer:
Click on the customer’s name to view their details.
Select the 'Delete' option to remove the customer from your account.
By deleting a customer, you effectively unsubscribe them from any further communications and transactions within your Rally.Fan space.
Important Note
Please be aware that deleting a customer is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Ensure that this is the desired action before proceeding.
