Steps to Create a Coaching Call Product
Choose the Product:
Navigate to the 'Space' tab in your dashboard.
Click on '+ Add Product'.
Select 'Coaching Call' as the product type.
Edit the Thumbnail:
Choose how you’d like the thumbnail/button to appear on your storefront.
Customize the style and add an image to make it visually appealing.
Edit the Checkout/Landing Page:
Select a header image and craft a title and description for your checkout/landing page. This is what your customers will see when they click on the product.
Confirm your pricing and add any special options like discount codes, limited quantities, or payment plans (available on Pro plan).
Configure Customer Information:
Decide what information you need to collect from your customers. You can add additional fields to gather more details if necessary.
Finalize Your Options:
Meeting Location: Ensure you are integrated with Google Calendar and/or Zoom.
Time Zone and Duration: Set the time zone and duration of your meetings.
Booking Lead Time: Prevent customers from booking within a certain number of hours to give you preparation time.
Maximum Attendees: Set the maximum number of attendees per meeting.
Buffer Times: Add buffer times before and after your meetings for breaks.
Advance Booking: Specify how far in advance customers can book a call with you.
Available Times: Choose your available times for meetings.
Set Your Availability:
In the 'Select available times' section, choose your availability slots.
You can add multiple time slots throughout the day by clicking the '+' icon next to the first slot.
By following these steps, you’ll be able to set up and manage your coaching calls efficiently.
