1. Top 20% nationwide

This badge is given for high level of customer satisfaction and the agent is in the top 20% of agents nationally for their Review/Sales Ratio (RSR). RateMyAgent automatically updates agent performance metrics daily, which may cause changes in your Top 20% Agent badge status based on the latest sales and reviews data. Notification emails are sent whenever your badge status changes to keep you informed about your current standing.

Requirements:

  • You must have sold at least 10 properties as the lead agent in the last rolling 12 months.

  • Your RSR must be in the Top 20% nationally.

The badge is awarded based on your Review/Sales Ratio (RSR), which measures the quality and volume of reviews relative to sales. If this ratio falls below the benchmark or your sold listings change, you may lose your status.

Steps to Regain Your Top 20% Agent Badge

If your badge is revoked, you can regain it by improving your recent transaction reviews. Focus on collecting verified reviews from transactions completed within the past 12 months. The badge will be reinstated once you meet the criteria.

  • Request reviews from satisfied clients promptly after completing a transaction.

  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage positive feedback.

  • Monitor your Review/Sales Ratio and aim for consistent improvement.

2. Trusted Agent Badge - UPDATED

The Trusted Agent Badge is given to an agent who is confident that they provide exceptional service to all their clients and therefore aim to collect reviews for all sales. They do not filter their requests and are also open to more critical, constructive reviews.

Requirements:

  • You must have sold a minimum 10 properties as the lead agent in the last rolling 12 months to be eligible.

  • You must have requested a vendor review for all sales where you were the lead agent or sales agent in the last rolling 12 months.

  • You must have requested a buyer review for all sales where you were the buyer agent in the last rolling 12 months.

  • If you are the lead agent/sales agent & the buyer agent on a sale, you need to request a review from the vendor and the buyer.

Please note that for the Trusted Agent Badge, there is a 14-day buffer from the date the property is sold for agents to request a review. Agents will receive an email reminder 3 days before the Trusted Agent Badge is lost.


*If you manually add a sale with the sale date more than 14 days ago and do not request the revie, you will lose your Trusted Agent Badge the following day.

3. Price Expert Badge (NEW)

Our newest Agent Recognition Badge!

To qualify for the Price Expert badge, it's important to understand the review process that leads to your eligibility.

Review Process

When we request reviews from buyers and sellers, we include an optional question to gather feedback on pricing:

β€œHow did the final purchase price of the property compare to your expectations?”

The available responses are:

  • Better than expected

  • In line with expectations

  • Worse than expected

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Reviews:

    Australia: You need to have received at least nine reviews within the last rolling 12 months that include a response to the question above.

    (Responses can be from either the buyer or seller).

    New Zealand: You need to have received at least six reviews the last rolling 12 months that include a response to the question above.

    (Responses can be from either the buyer or seller).

  2. Positive Response Requirement:

    Once you have received the minimum number of responses as stated in point 1, 90% of your reviews with a response must be positive. Positive responses are defined as either "In-line" or "Better than expected"

Once you meet these criteria, you will be recognized as a Price Expert and awarded the badge. This badge is not just a recognition but a powerful tool that enhances your profile and showcases your expertise in exceeding client expectations regarding price.

How to Access and Download the Price Expert Badge

Accessing the Price Expert Badge

To access your Price Expert badge:

  1. Log in to your RateMyAgent Profile.

  2. Locate the badge on your profile under the "Recognition Badges" section.

Your badge will automatically appear once you meet the qualification criteria.

Downloading the Price Expert Badge

  1. Log in to your RateMyAgent profile.

  2. Scroll down to your dashboard and navigate to the "Recognition Badges" section.

  3. Find the "Price Expert" badge and click on the "Download" button.

Note: To download the badge, you may require a paid subscription depending on your plan. Please check if this feature is enabled for your account.

Badge Status

You can check your status for all badges in your Agent Dashboard as seen below.

You can navigate to your "Recognition Badges" section in the Agent Dashboard to find your badges. If you qualify for the Price Expert Badge, it will be displayed here along with options to download it.

Q. I should qualify for one of the recognition badges, why does it not show?

These recognition badges are applied based on the data we have available on our platform. If you qualify for a recognition badge it will appear on your premium profile.

Q. Do Supporting Agent reviews count for recognition badges?

No, only lead agent reviews are counted toward the recognition badges.

Q. Where can I find past recognition badges?

The badges are updated on a daily basis. As such, if one no longer meets the qualifications on the current date, they will not be able to download the badges, nor will they be able to access any previously received recognition badges.

Q. I have other achievements I would like to highlight, can you do this for me?

At the moment we cannot accommodate individual requests for custom achievement badges. However, we will take your request as feedback and will consider its inclusion in the event RateMyAgent expands the number and type of achievements in the future.

Q. I want to post my badges to my social media accounts, how can I do this?

To share your agent recognition badges on social media, go to your Dashboard and click "Download Badge". Next, locate the social media tile in your Downloads folder. Finally, upload and post the badge to your social media account.

Q. What if my client has unsubscribed after sending the request, will I lose the badge?

No, if a review has been previously requested and the client subsequently unsubscribes, the badge will still be awarded provided that all vendor review requests were sent for all sales.

Sharing the Price Expert Badge

Social Media Sharing

Once the badge is downloaded, you can share it on your social media platforms. If you have a paid subscription, you can use tools like the Social Media Manager to schedule or automate sharing across your channels.

Adding the Badge to Your Email Signature

You can include the downloaded badge in your email signature to add a professional touch to your communications. Simply upload the badge in the signature settings of your email client.

Sharing on RateMyAgent Page

Your Price Expert badge is prominently displayed on your RateMyAgent profile. Visitors to your page can view it without any action required on your part.

Additional Benefits for Paid Subscribers

Paid RateMyAgent users have access to advanced features, including:

  • Social Media Manager: A tool to post your badge and other updates seamlessly.

  • Review Widgets: Integration for displaying badges and reviews on external websites.
