We strongly recommend using reviews in your proposals because they provide social proof. Prospective clients want to see that you have a track record of successful campaigns and positive outcomes. Including a review in your proposal demonstrates to your prospects that you have the expertise and credibility they can trust, encouraging them to move forward with you.
Here’s how to add reviews to your proposals.
Navigate to the specific property you want to work with.
Within the property, select the proposal you wish to edit.
Reviews on the right-hand side and you'll see a list of team members whose reviews can be added.
Choose the appropriate team member and select the desired reviews.
Click Save to add the selected reviews to your proposal.
If you want to create a review for the first time, follow these steps:
Go back to the left-hand side and click on Account Admin.
On the left side, click on Reviews.
On the top right corner, click on Create.
Search for the property related to the review and select it.
Assign the review to yourself or the relevant team member.
Enter the vendor details, such as the name of the person providing the review.
Write the review's title, capturing the outstanding result or the vendor's specific feedback.
Save the review once you've entered its content. Optionally, you can upload an image associated with the review.
Once you've completed these steps, the review will be available for inclusion in your proposals.
