In this guide, we will walk you through the process of starting a proposal within your created project. If you're unsure how to create a project, please refer to our How to Create a Project video or tutorial for detailed instructions. For this demonstration, we will begin with an already created project. Let's dive into the system and get started.
Navigate to the project overview or campaign overview page. Here, you will see an overview of your project with no digital pages created yet. A digital page refers to a proposal, which can include sales proposals, rental proposals, pre-listings, price updates, or any other type of proposal.
To start a new proposal, click the Create button at the top of the page. This will present you with the available templates to choose from.
Select the template that suits your needs for this proposal (e.g., sales proposal, rental proposal). Clicking on the template will launch the editing screen for your proposal.
On the left-hand side, you will see a visual representation of your proposal as you build
On the right-hand side, it provides access to various features and components that can be added to your proposal. Some features may already have a green tick next to them, indicating they are included in the template. Others may not have the tick, indicating that they have not been added yet. You have the flexibility to decide which features to include or leave blank in your proposal.
To customise your proposal, simply select the desired features from the right-hand side and add them to your proposal using the available options.
Once you are satisfied with your proposal, you can proceed to share it. This can be done by following the appropriate steps within Engage.
Remember, the Engage platform allows you to customise your proposal by adding or omitting specific features according to your preferences. Feel free to explore the available options and tailor your proposal to best represent your needs.
