There are a couple of reasons why people create versions. You can create versions for different agents in your agency who prefer different images and text. Others create versions for different campaign types, such as house campaigns or apartment campaigns. Let's dive into the system, and I'll show you how to do it.

Steps to Create custom templates:

  1. Start by going to the Templates tab on the left-hand side. Please note that this tab is only available for admin users of the account.

  2. Once you're on the Templates page, click on the green Create button.

  3. A prompt will appear, asking you to choose the template you want to duplicate. For example, let's say you want to duplicate the existing template. Name your new template according to your preference, such as Apartment Campaign Template. Click Create Template.

  4. Now, let's explore the customisation options. You can modify the text found throughout the template, the default images, and the sorting of sections.

  5. Scroll through the template and take note of the brackets. These brackets automatically pull data into your proposals, so it's best to leave them as they are.

  6. To update the text, click on the paragraph and make edits on the right-hand side. Repeat this process for other sections as needed.

  7. If you come across an image that you'd like to change, click the blue Change button. Upload your desired image, and it will replace the default image in that template.

  8. Next, let's discuss sorting sections. For instance, if you want to place the video section at the bottom of the proposal, simply drag the video section to the desired position. Save your changes, and it will be sorted accordingly as the default arrangement.

  9. Once you're satisfied with the modifications, click Go Back. You'll see your template in draft status. During this stage, only admins can view it.

  10. To make the template accessible to everyone in the account, including agents, click the button to approve it.

  11. After approval, the template will be available for everyone as a default option, enabling users to utilise and customise it to their preferences
