Setting permissions becomes necessary when the templates you create are specific to certain users or user groups, and you want to restrict access and viewing rights accordingly. It's easy to do—simply follow the steps below.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to your Engage system.

  2. Navigate to the Account Admin section.

  3. Within the Account Admin section, locate and click on Quotes under the Templates section.

  4. Once you enter the Quotes section, you will see a list of your templates, each accompanied by a settings icon.

  5. Click on the settings icon for the template you wish to modify.

  6. Select Permissions from the options presented.

  7. A list of users in your account will appear in a pop-up window.

  8. By default, if none of the users are selected, it means that everyone in the account has access to use this template.

  9. To restrict access, select one or more specific users from the list.

Note: Only the selected users will be able to view and use the template in their proposals.

Below is our video on how to manage quote template permissions.
