In this guide, we will walk you through the process of setting permissions for your calendar templates. Permissioning your calendar templates is beneficial when you want to restrict access to templates that are specific to a user or a team. Let's get started:

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Begin by accessing your dashboard in your Engage account.

2. Navigate to the Account Admin option located on the left-hand side of the screen.

3. Scroll down and locate Calendars under the Templates section.

4. Identify the calendar template for which you wish to set permissions.

5. On the right-hand side, you will find a toggle setting. Click on it and select Permissions.

6. You can now manage the permissions for the selected calendar template.

7. A list of all users associated with your account will be displayed. By default, all users will be selected, indicating that they can view and use this calendar template.

8. If you want to restrict access to specific users, simply deselect the checkboxes next to their names.

9. By clicking on a single user, only that user will have permission to use the template in their proposals.

Please view our video below to learn more about how to manage calendar template permissions.
