In Engage, you have the option to duplicate a proposal, which allows you to reuse information from an existing proposal in future projects. This article will guide you through the process of duplicating a proposal and selecting specific components to duplicate.

On the new Project's overview screen, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Create button again in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click on the Create button to display the options.

  3. From the options, select Duplicate.

  4. Type in the address of the proposal you want to duplicate.

  5. Select the proposal from the list.

  6. You will be presented with a list of sections that can be duplicated.

  7. If there are specific sections you don't want to duplicate, you can untick them.

  8. Once you are satisfied with your selection, click Create Proposal to initiate the duplication process.

It is recommended to create your initial proposal using a template. Once you have finalised the template, you can duplicate it for future projects and make necessary modifications.

See the video below on how to do so.
