By creating a master project, you establish a template that can be duplicated whenever you need to create a new proposal. This saves you significant time and effort by eliminating the need to start from scratch for every proposal. Instead, you can rely on the structure and content of your master project as a foundation for future proposals.

Creating a Master Project

  1. Log in to your Engage account.

  2. Follow the usual steps to create a project, but enter a non-property address manually.

  3. Give your master project a distinct name.

  4. Fill in the necessary fields and details, and then click Save.

  5. Assign yourself as the agent and click Create Project.

Creating the Master Proposal

  1. Within the newly created project, click Create to begin creating a proposal.

  2. Select the template you want to use as your master proposal.

  3. Customise this proposal with any sections, text, or media elements that you want to include in all your future proposals.

Using the Master Project for Future Proposals

  1. Return to your dashboard by clicking Go Back.

  2. Create a new project for a specific property.

  3. Assign yourself as the agent.

  4. Instead of starting from a template, click Duplicate to use your master project as the foundation.

  5. Locate and select your master project, choose what you want to copy, and click Create Proposal.

This time-saving feature enables you to quickly replicate sections, content, and settings from your master project, ensuring consistency and efficiency in your proposal creation process. We aim to make your proposal creation experience seamless, taking no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. Should you require additional information, please watch the below video:
