Accidentally deleting a proposal can be frustrating, but in Engage, there's a way to recover it. This article will guide you through the process of recovering a deleted proposal in case you mistakenly deleted one.
To begin, log in to your Engage account and follow these steps:
Navigate to the project where the deleted proposal was located.
Scroll down to find the Activities section.
Look for the notification that states the digital page was deleted.
Click on the Recover button next to the deleted proposal.
The proposal will be restored and accessible once again.
Please note that the Recover button will be available for 30 days after the proposal's deletion. After this period, it will no longer be possible to recover the deleted proposal.
After recovering the proposal, you can go back to the project's overview and verify that the proposal is once again visible and accessible.
Please see the video below on how to recover a deleted proposal.
