In Engage, the Project Details page (also known as Campaign Details or Property Details) allows you to manage important information related to your property, such as bed, bath, car details, commission fees, cover letter, and high/low property prices. This article will provide a visual overview of the menu and explain how to use it effectively.
Accessing the Project Details Menu:
To begin, log in to your Engage account and follow these steps:
Navigate to your dashboard.
Click on one of your projects to enter its details.
Once inside the project, find the Details button. It may be labelled differently, such as Campaign Details or Property Details, depending on your preferences.
Pre-filled and Custom Fields:
The Project Details menu includes pre-set system fields like bed, bath, and car details, which can be automatically populated from your CRM if you have an integration set up. Alternatively, you can enter this information manually.
Additionally, you have the flexibility to add custom fields that are specific to your office. Look for the Add Field buttons within the menu to include additional details as needed.
Linking Project Details to Proposals:
The way the fields in the Project Details menu flow through to your proposals depends on your template settings. If you notice that certain fields you fill in are not appearing on your proposals, it means they are not currently included in your template. In such cases, reach out to our support team, and they will assist you in adding those fields to your template.
Pre-built Standard Fields:
The standard fields like bed, bath, car, commission, and appraisal price are usually pre-built into the system and should be readily available for use.
By utilising the Project Details menu effectively, you can ensure that all relevant property information is captured accurately and flows seamlessly into your proposals.
