Engage, in collaboration with Realhub, empowers you to streamline your proposal creation process and enhance your efficiency in generating compelling property proposals. In this help article, we will guide you through the process of importing a campaign from Realhub into Engage. Let's get started:
Log in to your Realhub account where the campaign has been received from your CRM. Locate the specific campaign you wish to import into Engage. For example, you may have received a campaign for a property listed for sale.
Once you have identified the desired campaign in Realhub, click on the Tools button. From the dropdown menu, select Proposals. This action will automatically launch Engage and take you to the relevant section.
In Engage, you will be presented with a prompt asking if you want to import the project from Realhub. Confirm your intention by clicking on the Import Project option. Engage will initiate the import process, transferring all the relevant details of the property from Realhub to Engage.
After importing the project, you will now see the property details, including the listing information, images, and any other relevant data associated with the campaign. Engage will have all the necessary information ready for you to create a proposal seamlessly.
With the campaign successfully imported into Engage, you can now proceed to create a proposal for the property. Utilise the comprehensive features and tools available in Engage to customise your proposal, add branding elements, and include compelling content to showcase the property effectively.
