With RealTime Agent integration, you can convert proposals into agreements faster than ever, eliminating delays and enhancing productivity. Before we proceed, if you haven't checked our article on setting up RealTime Agent integration in the backend, we recommend checking it first. This article will focus on generating an agreement from a proposal. Let's dive into the system and explore how it works.

When you use the RealTime Agent integration, specific details from your Engage campaign will be transferred seamlessly. These details include vendor information, agent details, property specifics (such as bed, bath, and car details), and marketing quotes if you're using Realhub or Campaigntrack Quoting.

Steps to Create an Agreement

  1. To begin, navigate to your Engage project and locate the Agreements button. Click on it to proceed.

  2. Find the Create button and ensure that RealTime Agent is selected as the integration.

  3. Fill in the relevant drop-down menus with the required information.

  4. Click on Create to generate the agreement.

  5. Once you click Create, the agreement will automatically generate in RealTime Agent and will be visible in your app as soon as you open it. If you are using a mobile device, you will notice a small blue edit button that will open your RTA app and display the agreement. However, this feature is not available on desktop devices.
