There could be several reasons why this issue occurs. Let's explore some common causes and solutions.

  1. Navigate to the Comparable section on the right-hand side of your proposal. Look for any comparables that are not appearing in your proposal.

  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the comparable that is missing. Ensure that the property is marked as Sold if it is indeed sold. If it is marked as Not Sold or Listed, it will appear in the active listings section instead of the sold section.

  3. If the property is confirmed to be sold, change the sold status to Yes and click Save. This action will move the comparable to the appropriate sold section in your proposal.

  4. Another factor to consider is the source setting for your comparables. By default, when importing data from Price Finder or RP Data, the source is automatically set to" Market. However, if your comparables are not displaying correctly, ensure that the source is set to Market in the Source dropdown.

  5. Click on the comparable and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the Source section and confirm that it is set to Market and Sold. If the source is set to Agency or another option, the comparable may not appear in the expected section.

  6. If you have followed the steps above and are still experiencing issues with your comparables not appearing correctly, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
