In this guide, we will explain how you can modify the sorting of sections within your proposal. This feature is useful when different individuals in your office prefer sections to appear in a specific order. By following these steps, you can easily rearrange sections to meet your preferences. Let's jump into the system and get started.
Start by opening the proposal you wish to modify.
Scroll down the proposal until you see the sections. On the left-hand side of each section, you will notice arrows. These arrows allow you to move sections up or down within the proposal.
To move a section one or two places, click on the arrow pointing down to shift it down or the arrow pointing up to move it up. This is a quick way to rearrange sections without accessing the sorting settings.
If you need to perform more extensive sorting, follow these steps:
Locate the settings cog icon, typically found at the top-right corner of the proposal editor.
Click on the cog icon to open the settings menu.
In the settings menu, look for an option called Sort Sections and select it.
A new window will appear, displaying all the sections present in your proposal.
To rearrange a section, click on it and drag it to the desired position.
Once you have placed the section in its new location, click Save to apply the changes.
The proposal will now display the sections in the order you set.
By using the sorting options, you can easily modify the arrangement of sections within your proposal. Whether you prefer to move a section up or down by a few places or completely reorganise the order, these tools will help you achieve the desired layout.
