This issue occurs when there is a clash between automatic formatting and manual formatting in the text boxes where you input numbers. Follow the steps below to easily fix this problem.

  1. Access the System: Log in to your Engage account and open the relevant proposal where you are experiencing the NaN issue.

  2. Look for the specific text box or field where the numbers are displayed as NaN.

  3. On the right-hand side of the proposal, locate and click on the Project Details section. Scroll down until you find the field causing the issue. For instance, it could be the High and Low Price box.

  4. Check if you have added any formatting, such as dollar signs ($) or commas, to the text box. Keep in mind that the proposal or template will automatically handle the formatting for you. Therefore, you don't need to manually add any formatting.

  5. Delete any unnecessary formatting, such as dollar signs or commas, from the text box. Leave the field with just the plain number.

  6. Once you have removed the manual formatting, click Save to save your changes.

  7. Now, go back to the proposal and check if the numbers are displaying correctly, with the appropriate formatting.

It's important to note that this issue can occur not only in the Guide Price field but also in other sections of the proposal, such as comparables or case studies.
