In Engage, you have the ability to change the status of your digital pages, moving them from pending to sent or accepted. This article will guide you through the process of updating the status of your digital page, ensuring accurate tracking of your proposals.
To begin, log in to your Engage account and follow these steps:
Locate the Proposals tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on the tab to access your proposals.
Locate the desired proposal in the list.
Click on the settings cog icon next to the proposal.
Look for the option to mark the proposal as accepted.
Click on the relevant button or checkbox to indicate that the proposal has been accepted.
If you accidentally mark a proposal as accepted or pending, you can easily rectify it. Follow these steps:
Revisit the proposal settings by clicking on the settings cog icon.
Locate the option to change the status.
Click on the appropriate button or checkbox to mark the proposal as pending.
By regularly updating the status of your digital pages, you can ensure that the system accurately reflects the progress of your proposals. This helps you maintain clear and reliable records of your engagements.
