Setting Up Your RealTime Agent (RTA) Integration

Setting up the RealTime Agent integration is an important step to enhance your account's functionality. It is worth noting that each agent or user within the account needs to individually set up this integration. Administrators cannot set it up once for everyone. Each user will have to go through the process individually. Let's dive into the system and learn how to set it up.

  1. Click on Account Admin to access the administrative settings.

  2. Locate the Integrations button and click on it.

  3. Select Create to begin creating a new integration.

  4. Search for RealTime Agent among the available integration options.

  5. Find your own user account in the list and click on it to authorise the integration.

  6. Click on Authorise Integration. This action will prompt you to log in using your domain login credentials.

  7. Once you have successfully logged in, the RealTime Agent integration will be set up within your account.
