If you notice that you, as an admin user, are automatically assigned to a project when importing from the CRM on behalf of an agent, you are not alone.

When an admin user imports a project from the CRM, the system automatically assigns the admin user as Support because it assumes the admin is assisting with the listing. This assignment is a critical aspect of the system workflow, aimed at preventing integration issues.

By designating the user importing the campaign as a support entity, the system ensures a clear distinction between the admin and the primary agent assigned in the CRM. This automatic assignment helps maintain the integrity of your data and processes within the system, ensuring that all roles are appropriately defined.
