Custom User Permissions & Notifications (User Profiles) allow Brand Administrators to standardise permissions across an entire brand. Instead of configuring permissions for each user individually, you can create templates based on common roles and apply them to users within any agency.
Why create custom user profiles?
Consistency: Ensure that users in similar roles (e.g., Sales Associates or Admin) have the same access levels across all agencies.
Efficiency: Reduce the time required for Office Administrators to set up new users by using pre-configured templates.
Bulk Updates: When a profile is updated, the changes automatically apply to every user assigned to that profile.
How to Create a User Profile
Navigate to Brand Admin in the left-hand sidebar.
Select the Brand Settings tab.
Locate the Custom User Permissions & Notifications section.
Click the + Create Profile button.
In the side modal, complete the following fields:
Role: The base role for the profile (e.g., Agent, Admin).
Role Custom Title: A specific name for the profile (e.g., "Senior Sales Agents").
Settings Type: Choose whether this profile applies to Property Marketing, Agency Marketing, or Notification Options.
Configure the permissions as required and select Save Permissions
Managing and Editing Profiles
A brand can maintain multiple profiles for each type. To modify an existing profile, select the Edit (pencil icon) next to the profile name. Note that any changes saved to a profile will immediately update the permissions for all users assigned to it.
