Realhub has updated the manage products page within Agency Admin to show products that are found within the price lists assigned to the agency. Users within the agency who have permission will then be able to show or hide products from the order new item modal and add quote item modal.
Here’s how to find the page and how to use it:
The manage products page is found within Agency Admin which is accessed via the main side menu in the left of your screen when logged in as an office admin user type
Depending on the user permissions the Products page will be under the Marketing heading
Select a service using the dropdown
This will show all the products that are in your provider price lists
Click the green tick to hide a product, and grey tick to show a product
Each product will say whether it is visible or hidden on the right hand side of the module
Tip: Manage products is done by agency. If the client is in a brand group, they will need to select the agency they wish to manage products for in the top left of agency admin.
This assists agencies who are assigned price lists by providers but do not want to use or display all the available products.
