The Realhub Campaign Connector app for Canva allows you to bridge the gap between your property data and your marketing designs. Instead of manually downloading images or copy-pasting auction dates, you can now search for and drag assets directly onto your Canva canvas.
Prerequisites
An active Realhub account.
A Canva account (Free, Pro, or Enterprise).
How to add the Campaign Connector to Canva
Open any design in Canva.
In the left-hand side menu, click on Apps.
Search for "Campaign Connector" in the search bar.
Click on the Campaign Connector tile.
Click the purple Use button to add it to your side menu.
Connecting your Realhub account
Once the app is added, you will need to authenticate your account:
Click the Log in button within the Campaign Connector side modal.
A pop-up window will appear. Enter your Realhub credentials (the same ones you use to log into the main platform).
Follow the prompts to authorize the connection.
How to use the integration
After logging in, you will see three main tabs: Campaigns, Agencies, and Agents.
Search for Property Data: Use the search bar to find a specific listing by address. You can also view your "Recently Used" listings for quick access.
Drag & Drop Assets: Once a campaign is selected, you can click or drag high-resolution images, floor plans, and property text (like descriptions or head-lines) directly onto your artwork.
Agency Branding: Use the Agencies or Agents tabs to quickly pull in office logos or agent headshots to ensure your marketing is always on-brand.
Important Notes for Campaigntrack Users
If you are a Campaigntrack client, your data and images will be available if you use the Realhub artwork builder or Engage.
If this is your first time connecting, you may need to set a password for the integration. You can do this by visiting: https://realhub.realbase.io/users/password/new.
Frequently Asked Questions
What listings will I see in the app?
The app uses the same permissions as your Realhub user. You will see the campaigns that are currently available to you within the Realhub platform.
If I update a property in Realhub, will it update in Canva?
Yes. However, you may need to refresh your Canva page or the app modal to see the most recent data or image changes.
Can I use the app without a Realhub login?
No. The app requires a valid Realhub login to securely access and sync your property data.
Is this a one time connection or does this require the user to always login to their Canva account and go the same process of going to Campaign Connector?
The Campaign Connector app should remain authenticated within a users Canva. That said, there may be moments where they need to reauthenticate if for some reason the connection is ceased by Canva or Auth0.
Once you have connected your Realhub account, is there a way to disconnect it or it will automatically disconnect/log them out when they log out of Realhub?
The user can logout or switch user via the Account section at the bottom of the Campaign Connector app.
My campaign photos and plans are not showing up in Canva?
For photos and plans to show up in any external platform the images need to be set as public in Realhub. This can be done by clicking on the photo or plan in Realhub campaign's photos and plans page, then clicking Manage Image, then clicking on the button that says 'Private'. Clicking this should change the button to say 'Public'.
Why don't my Realhub artwork builder templates show up in Canva?
Realhub and Canva are two different platforms and whilst we are working towards deeper integrations Realhub coded templates will never be available in Canva's application. The templates/artworks available in Canva are created by your head office marketing/design teams which is seperate to Realhub template creation.
