About the Canva integration
The Canva integration lets your brand connect Realhub to Canva's Enterprise Brand Kit, so templates designed in Canva can be used by your agency teams within Realhub. This integration uses Auth0 for secure authentication and Canva's Connect API to sync templates and data between the two platforms.
Connect your brand to Canva
In Realhub, navigate to your brand's Settings page.
Find the Canva module towards the bottom of the page and click Connect to Canva.
You'll be prompted to authorise Realhub to access your Canva account via Auth0. Sign in with your Canva credentials.
Review the permissions request and click Authorise.
Once connected, Realhub can now access templates from your brand's Canva Enterprise Brand Kit.
What happens next
After connection, your Canva templates become available in Realhub's Template Manager. From there, you can link templates, set permissions for agencies and products, and map Realhub data fields (like property details and agent info) to Canva template fields so they auto-populate when agency users use the templates.
