Step-by-Step Instructions
You'll need an existing vendor marketing (VPA) quote on a campaign before you can save it as a template. VPAs are campaign-based and managed by the agent on that campaign, so log in as the agent handling the campaign to access this feature.
Open your quote and click the Cog icon.
Select Assign Item Dates.
In the Assign Dates panel, add a date to any or all of the listed order items you want to track.
Click Apply Changes.
You’ll be prompted by message “Campaign Quote Item Required By Dates Updated Successfully”.
Important:
Adding a quote template to a campaign? Set the campaign date to today or any date within the next 45 days — it can't be in the past or more than 45 days ahead. This keeps REA products, which rely on the campaign dates you set, loading correctly.
Need everything due today? Switch on All Items Required ASAP at the top of the panel to apply today's date to every item. You can change individual items as needed.
Troubleshooting & Edge Cases
Why isn't the date section working for me? This can happen for a few different reasons, each with its own fix.
Why won't the date picker activate my items? Some products need a booking-based provider, such as a photographer or signboard installer. If that supplier's availability hasn't been configured, the date picker won't activate. Contact our team at support@realhub.com.au so we can review the provider setup, or contact the supplier to confirm their booking options if need be.
Why doesn't my print or creative item have a date option? Items like print or creative services don't require an appointment date, so a date selector isn't shown for them. This is expected — no fix needed.
Why isn't the date section loading for my campaign? The scheduling system needs a valid campaign address for provider routing. If the property address or campaign status is incomplete, the calendar won't load. Update the campaign with a confirmed property address to resolve this.
