To archive a quote template
Go to Agency Admin > Quote Templates.
Click the title of the template you want to retire.
From the Tools module, click Archive Template.
You'll be returned to the Edit Quote Template page. The archived quote template now appears in Quote Templates > Archived. You can unarchive it at any time.
To unarchive a quote template
Go to Agency Admin > Quote Templates and select the Archived tab.
Click the title of the quote template you want to restore.
Click Unarchive Template.
In the pop-up that appears, click Yes, unarchive it to confirm.
You'll be returned to the Edit Quote Template page for that template. It now appears in the Current tab (no longer in Archived), ready for your office or assigned agents to use.
