Log in to Realync
Click the Analytics tab in the top menu of your home page
Select Live Video Intelligence tab on the far right
From there, you'll land on the Sentiments view, which shows:
A summary of renter sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
Common words/phrases from tours
Trends over time
Filter options for property, date range, and event type (live Video or live session or both)
🗂 Want to Look at a Specific Tour or Agent?
Head to the Recordings tab
Browse completed Live Video Tours
Click “View Video Insights” next to any tour
You'll unlock detailed insights for that specific tour, including:
📼 Recording – Watch the tour again, access notes, attachments, and participant info
✨ Highlights – Sentiment breakdown + Talk Time
📝 Summary & Follow-Ups – Key discussion points and suggested next steps
📋 Follow-up Tasks – Easily turn a suggestion into a tracked task
👉 Example:
If an agent mentions: “Parking is $150/month, but spots are limited”
A follow-up suggestion might be: “Verify if parking spots are still available and include this in your follow-up email.”
