Do I have to download anything?
No! It’s simply a link that will open a window in your web browser. You do not have to download, sign in, or sign up.
Can my neighbor's cousin's dog walker attend from a different location?
Yes! Multiple invitees can attend the tour!
Can I join from my Android, tablet, or computer?
Yes! You can join from any device that has a carrier or wifi connection for internet use.
Can I share the tour with a friend after it’s over?
Yes! You will receive an email as soon as the tour has ended with a link to the recording of the tour. You can replay as many times as you’d like and can share with friends and family.
Can we Facetime or Skype?
A Realync tour doesn’t require you to download anything, sign up, or sign in. You can have friends, roommates or family join you on the tour, and it will save afterward so you can replay and share. You can use any internet-capable device to join, including Androids and computers. Additionally, for the agent, the Realync tour will only expose your Realync account email address and NOT your device's phone number. You’ll also have access to key touring features at your fingertips during the Realync tour -- you can snap photos, take notes, check out a map of the neighborhood, and more.
