Now, all Manager and Corporate users can directly manage all Realync users within their organization. This new, streamlined process allows you to handle user management tasks—like adding new hires, updating roles, and keeping your user list accurate and up-to-date—all within your own team.
What You Can Do
The new User Administration section provides you with a comprehensive suite of tools for managing your team:
Add New Users | Quickly and easily create new user accounts as they're needed. This is perfect for integrating new hires onto your onsite teams—we recommend adding this step to your new hire onboarding checklist! |
Edit Users | Update a user's role or the properties they have access to. |
Remove Users | Deactivate user accounts that are no longer needed to keep your list accurate and secure. |
View User Details | See key information for every user, including: Last Login Date, Account Creation Date, Assigned Properties, and User Role. |
Export User List | Download a complete list of all users into a spreadsheet for easy auditing and analysis. |
Finding and Filtering Users
You can easily locate the specific users or groups you need to manage:
Search Bar: Use the search section to quickly find individual users by name or email.
Property Filter: Filter the user list by property to see which users are tied to a specific location. This is great for property-level managers who want to review their teams.
User Details: you can select which of the columns to sort by
