Screen Share

Let's talk Screen Share!

Updated over a week ago

This feature allows you to share your screen with attendees to present Realync videos, your property website, applications, etc. 😊

After you start your Live Session, you have three different options when sharing your screen. ("Chrome Tab", "Window", and "Entire Screen")

1) Your Entire Screen: By choosing this window, the attendee will see your entire screen. This includes all tabs you have open and the apps on the bottom bar of your screen.

2) Application Window: By selecting "Application Window", your prospect will be able to see the current window you have open, as well as the tabs you have pulled up on your computer. This is helpful when you want to switch back and forth between tabs. For example, you can show your prospect a Realync video and then switch to your property website tab to walk them through the application process.

3) Chrome Tab: By selecting "Chrome Tab", your prospect will be able to see the current tab you have selected on your computer. If you just want to show a Realync video, select the top tab that is called "Realync".

To stop sharing your screen, click "Stop Screen Share". After you do this, your prospect will be able to see your beautiful face again!

Now that you know what screen share looks like on your side, let's check out what it looks like on your prospect's side:

1) Before Screen Share: You (Where Roo is) will be shown on the larger screen and all of the amazing Live Session features will be on the right.

2) Application Window: Once you have started sharing your screen, this is the view that your prospects will see if you choose "Application Window".

3) Chrome Tab: When you select "Chrome Tab", your prospects will only be able to see your Realync Live Session screen. When you click "Full Screen" your prospects will see nothing but your video.

Please note that once you are in full-screen mode, you and your prospects will not be able to see anyone.

4) Entire Screen: When you select "Entire Screen", they will be able to see both your tabs open at the top of your screen and your apps at the bottom.
